How is sales tax calculated on my order?

Sales tax is only charged to those who order from and ship to New York State. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

How do you handle shipping?

All @60 Editions and SIN (Sample It Now) Prints are carefully packed in either reinforced tubes or flat boxes depending on print size and framing, and each package is custom designed to prevent damage during shipping.

All artwork purchased from our registered artists will be packaged by the artist directly and we make no representations or warranties as to the integrity of such packaging.

Once your ordered is shipped, we will email you the FedEx tracking number so you can monitor your shipment directly. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. 

All shipped items come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artist in addition to information about the artist, artwork and care instructions.
If you purchase a work of art from one of our registered artists, they are required to ship it to you within 14 business days.  Any works being shipped from these artists directly will be noted on the product detail page and shipping prices for these products will be displayed upon checkout.  These items are non-returnable – they are all Final Sale.

What are your shipping and handling costs?

We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling of art purchased directly from @60" artist, @60 Editions and SIN Printsn which will reflected in your order information prior to confirming your purchase.  Our @60 Editions and SIN Prints are packaged individually to ensure the works arrive safety.  Orders that include multiple works that can be shipped together will have a discounted shipping rate which will be shown on the order confirmation screen.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, based on size and/or weight, some artworks may require special shipping and handling, if that is the case, you will be notified of such during the checkout process. At which time you should contact our support staff by emailing us at support@60inches.com to complete your order (for the avoidance of doubt, you will be prompted to do sure during the checkout process).

Do you have international shipping?

International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis and will incur prices above the list price. If you are interested in having us determine a shipping cost estimate for your order, please email support@60inches.com and we can help you with your purchase.

Can I track my shipment?

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number from FedEx to enable you to track your shipment online.

How long will it take to receive my artwork after I complete my order?

@60 Prints and  SIN Prints produced by @60” are shipped within 7–10 business days of your order. Framed works will be shipped within 10-14 days of your order. Artworks purchased directly from registered artists will be shipped within 14 days of your order. All buyers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a FedEx tracking number.  If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 10–12 days following your order date, please email support@60inches.com and we will help investigate the problem.

Is my package insured?

@60" guarantees your satisfaction, and we will give you a refund, exchange or replacement print in the remote event that your package is lost, or damaged on arrival. If this occurs, please contact support@60inches.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
